-- An exploded diagram, which clearly articulates the key character and functions of a particular suitcase. THOUGHTS: - This task utterly confused me for a very long time. Mosty because I was debating whether to use a different suitcase or 'Satan's suitcase'. After many trials and much erasing, I decided to just stick with Satan's suitcase. This didn't quite help much though, because I was then stuck trying to figure out how to even create the diagram. I ended up creating the above, and I hope that this is what the task was asking. I did my best to take apart the suitcase so that each part can be examined. I have written notes for each part as well, though they are brief. Basically, the spikes and such are decoration that comes with the suitcase. The spikes are made of an otherwordly material and thus they shine with a strange coat and have hellish properties. This should not be surprising seeing as the suitcase belongs to Satan himself. The material may be 'Hell Rock' or something like it. The dot patterns are part of the actual body of the suitcase and the eyeball on the suitcase isn't just a pattern; it is an actual, alive eyeball that moves and can blink its eye. Yet again, this is not unusual for Satan. I also then had to draw what was inside his suitcase, and I had trouble trying to figure out what exactly Satan would pack. What would he pack in a suitcase on his way to see God? It was honestly something I had to think about; and it produced many funny results. In the end though, I decided to draw a variety of weapons... because in all honesty a whole variety of cool weapons would probably be what Satan would pack in a demonic suitcase if he went on a trip. Especially one to see his rival, God. The weapons were fun to draw and so was the exploded diagram, even though the perspectives were really hard to get right. I still think there are some things odd about the perspective, however, I'm really happy with the way I drew those weapons. The exploded diagram turned out better than I thought it would as well, considering I had no idea about how to start it. I also found this fun since I was debating about Satan and his suitcase of all things, which made the task fun to complete. In fact, the Satan concept is proving to be fun and this activity as well. These were drawn with a pencil, eraser and a ruler on normal paper.
