自転車競技に限らず、スポーツ界全体においてドーピングは由々しき問題であります。

筆者が関係している自転車競技に限って言えば、これを執筆している数日前に、昨シーズン度重なる薬物違反者を出したアスタナ プロチームに対し、UCIがライセンス取り消しを要求するとのニュースが報じられるなど、過去に起きた事案も含め、未だ暗い面が多いのが実情です。

  さて、今回のエントリーでは、世界アンチ・ドーピング機構（WADA）が提供している禁止表アプリを紹介したいと思います。

  前述したように、自転車競技における薬物問題は根深く、年に数件はビッグネームの薬物違反や疑惑が報じられているのが実情です。

一方で、「●●選手から禁止されている薬物が検出された」といった報道がなされるたびに、受け手側に当該薬物に関する知識があるのかというと必ずしもそうではなく、報じられる内容のみで悲しみや怒りを去来させていることも多い…
