Not only was this analogy completely unrelatable to me, it also is at best only tangentially related to gerrymandering. If I didn’t already know what it was, I would come out of this more confused, this is just bad writing.
Also, they were weirdly aggressive about voting. Like, it’s important, but the way they emphasized YOU implies that whoever is receiving the email is directly responsible. That’s not how you encourage people to vote
