Level creation is progressing well, with newĀ āChompā plants, and bombs that break ice.
Chomps have a delayed reaction, so just make sure you donāt stand still.
Bombs are affected by conveyor belts, and can even be pushed by the player

Threw together this little 10-frame run animation as a placeholder in my game. I wonder how long until I replace him.
In Blender 3d:Ā * I made a rough model from boxes andĀ ābooleanā-ed them together. * I subdivided the mesh and applied theĀ āsubdivision surfaceā modifier, and applied it * I made a quick armature, and painted very rough bone weights * I added a ādecimateā modifier after theĀ āarmatureā modifier, and turned it down till I had a reasonable number of polys * I posed the armature, then duplicated the mesh. Then I applied both the armature and decimate modifiers. Then i moved it to the side * I repeated this for all 10 frames (the last 5 are a mirror of the first) * I named the meshes āw0ā³ to āw9ā³ * I put them all back in the center * I exported it as a OBJ file (with object groups)
