I think Jimmy tries not to let it show. It would be rude, and he doesn't even know this man. But his hair is blue and he is surrounded by fields of flowers. And all he can think of is a secret garden and a secluded balcony, and how much Scott would have loved this place. It's a bitter-sweet rock in his stomach, something he can't ignore though he wish he could. He's tried so hard not to mourn, he can't now. He's not sure he can take it.
There is another idea I have for the Codfather visiting Chromia, I got it after this ask. S2 Scott is a collector, right? I think he would have a lot of magical artifacts in his possession. Perhaps among them is a strange translucent orb, within it a hand reaching up? It's colorless though. It's almost as if it's been drained of... something.
He's not sure, but Jimmy gets the strange feeling that whatever it is, he shouldn't touch it.

As much as I would love for him to survive and I am still kind of considering it, probably not. Since basically the start of this headcanon, I've had the idea that Tadpole is kind of Hawkfrost's "good" shadow. He visits his brother often to try and cheer him up. Unfortunately, this likely means Tadpole resides in the Dark Forest, because it's the only place you can go to truly visit and influence the living outside of StarClan's rules. But he's willing to take any damage he sustains to his soul to comfort his brother when he needs it.
For those who may wonder, Mothwing was cursed from birth to be utterly cut off spiritually. No one can visit her, she cannot receive visions, nothing. So Tadpole can't comfort her, even though she desperately needs it, and he's fought tooth and claw trying to get through. StarClan are not always kind.

I am tempted to write for the au just because I have the idea of when Tubbo was younger, he met a creature that was cursed with immortality by the previous death. The two bonded, however the creature soon realized what Tubbo was.
The problem? The creature has an afterlife that isn’t the void. So death can’t see them off. One day, the creature begs Tubbo to end their curse. Tubbo is sad since he formed a bond with this creature, but knows he has to do this. They embrace one last time…and the creature dies in his arms, finally at peace at long last.
Bonus: Tubbo watches their spirit, who looks younger and healthier, reunite with their lost kin in their afterlife. Turns out Death can give a send off to all, even those that do not end up in the void
