The missing cafe

Skyview Cafe on Koh Proet has been demolished by court order this week as it was built illegally without permit.

Aquarius's don't celebrate birthdays.

Celebrate time. That time of year when people pull themselves together, to do.

Something worth doing.

When Is not the issue, It's; now.

How is not the question, It's; Why?

Feeble attempt at a hungover prose writer stringing rhyming words together and calling them a poem.

As a typical writer of prose

I find it a challenge to compose

A short piece of literature

Called a poem.

So enjoy my feeble attempt

At this form of entertainment

The rhythm is strange

Due to the change

Of writing styles in my head.

Some poems are long

Sometimes form a song

Or sometimes just a lament.

I’m finding it difficult to end

This poem which may transcend

Into twaddle and nonsense like so
