モノつくりのお話し。 展示会で作成したサンプルはデリバリーされる商品と殆ど変わりない様に作成しています。これはあらゆるロスを防ぎ、適正なクオリティーと価格で皆様にお届けする為なのですが、それでも量産化するに当たりブラッシュアップする点や変更点、注意すべき点を改めて量産用の仕様書で協力工場さんに伝えます。 更に工場さんはその注意箇所、気をつける点を職人さんに分かり易くする為にこの様に指示札を取り付けてくれます。 当たり前の様ですが、これが出来る生産管理者がいる工場は少なくなりました。 こういった細かい一手間と気遣いの積み重ねがARCH∧BES(アークビス）の製品を形作っています。 The story of making things.
