i bought an ASUS laptop that has been showing a defect regularly since I bought it. I brought up the issue with ASUS and they are reluctant to do anything about it. It has been frustrating each time a defect shows up because it is an unpleasant surprise and I am reliant on the laptop for school work and quizzes.

so i approached CASE, some sort of an independent body which provides a mediating role because ASUS in doing nothing except to repair defects, and unsuccessfully, has indicated their denial/ indifference to my situation. I am held ransom to this situation.

I spoke to a CASE officer and poor officer because as much as i know he may be in the position to help and he is unrelated to the case, i couldnt help but become worked up, at him.
