In the beginning of 2020, before COVID hit, I was on a tiger team to analyze our product and see where TripActions would hit snags if we broadened our customer base to include enterprise companies (1,000 employees and more). What we identified? User management, policy and permission assignments, and creating additional levels of scope to all would be required for larger companies that were decentralized (ie, global). Over the course of 4 months, we tested and iterated on numerous features which then culminated in a new Company Settings platform – a central spot to manage users and policies in all of our products.
