Okay okay so 95% unrelated to this picture (which is awesome, of course, and I adore it on principle) but I was looking at this and Siriusâ tattoos and (brushing aside the canon implication of DE tattoos â or not?) thought⌠What if there are family tattoos? What about tattoos that are used as a brand when someone is disowned? Or other magical tattoos that appear to indicate other aspects of that person? Sort of like the idea of evolving soulmate tattoos sans romance?

Iâve always brushed aside movie!Sirius having tattoos, bc, like, how did he get them in prison? And even though getting tats are so rock and punk, my Sirius havenât felt like the person to get them, anyhow, before all the shit hit the fan. Because itâs too obvious of a rebellion, or something.
But seeing as my new FC have tattoos....Â
Interesting idea, though. It could be fun to play around with, in thought if nothing else. So like, get disowned, pop! you got tattoos all about warning other people that theyâre pariah now? Is it some spell all the Black kids get as newborns or something they have to get through when the actual disopwing happens? Do the tatoos mean anything, stating whys or other warnings or whatever?Â

I do not. They take a lot of work that, quite frankly, I find incredibly tedious. I hate all of the stupid ârulesâ, âbioâ, etc. Pages. Itâs all so exhausting. Ugh.Â
