There are times when I wish I could look a writer in the eye and ask:
why do you think it’s funny to bully a character as a joke?
Is there some personality trait you see as making someone worthy of being bullied?
#i know when someone writes a character getting bullied it doesnt mean they are a bully irl btw#it’s just when you see bullying played over and over for laughs you start to wonder intent#like when a fandom says the themes of the piece of media doesnt condone abuse#but like the abused never gets a win and gets shat on every fucking merch ad you do#yeah okay yeah this is tadc critical sorry#procrastiblogging
