Why can't laptop vendors and manufacturers just state outright what the processor speed is anymore? Why do I have to go on an epic quest just to find out that i3-3130M means 2 cores, 4 threads, and 2.6 GHz?
2.6 is eons better than the PoS I was tricked into buying last time, and is comparable to the laptop I had before that one and adored. Just tell me the damned numbers and let me make the decision.
I can't even believe 1.3 GHz was allowed on the market for a notebook for this gen. I can barely run two programs at once right now. 2.6 is a godsend. 3GHz+ can come later once the tech floor rises again.
