Getting dumped really puts children's cartoon villains into perspective. Like dude you're SO right, love and caring ARE disgusting and we SHOULD cast a spell to drain all human emotion into your amulet.
Friend breakups are how you get lines like "Your friends? You think your friends are coming to save you? Don't make me laugh."
Friendship ended with Tenna now the flower everyone hates is my best friend
Oh? You're approaching me?

For the FNaF side of that Mark clip:
It feels like every time you look back at Security Breach, you uncover more debris and dead bodies it left behind.
While I liked the art and the Glamrock aesthetic, it's become more and more undeniable that the series should have never left the 70's-90's tech/culture range, and should have never left small, intimate settings. That is the secret to FNaF's strength, and it should be stapled to the series and refined and honed until it is immaculate. If they want to convey the idea of a futuristic setting, it should be Cassette-Futurist: The future through the lens of the 70's and 80's. Not the look or feel of 2020's tech.
The developers also should have been told the story, and the more complex your story is, the more mandatory it is to have named characters talking to each other on screen. SotM at least had more than one character talking to each other on audio tapes, but I will never understand why Mascot Horror hates animating characters talking to each other and interacting in order to convey the story.
The sit-and-survive gameplay also still has life in it, even if the devs don't think so. It's clearly still memorable and beloved enough to be the dominant gameplay style for fangames. It's what made FNaF unique, and I really think it needs another shot. Exploring in a 3D setting for lore and such can still be a thing (if the map is small enough), but the core gameplay being some form of point and click should still be explored. It's a collection of simple, reliable rules that cannot be confused or altered by physics engines, aggro ranges, items not spawning, or other stupid bullshit.
Also, volumetric lighting will carry your 80's aesthetic on it's back, if you let it. Take advantage.

I know both Mark and Jack struggled with adapting to how the YT landscape evolved, and how they tried to keep up with the scene that ultimately evolved into content houses/Twitch Aristocracy/etc, but those are wholly separate genres that someone has the option of moving into. They are not the entire meta itself.
IRL/Twitch Aristocracy is batshit insanity basically meant for brain fried turbo-normies who needed a replacement for vapid stuff like MTV/VH1 reality shows. If you don't want to be that kind of creator, you don't have to be. Similarly, you don't have to be a drama channel, even though those have gotten more popular, mainly in the wake of the aforementioned IRL/Twitch Aristocracy channels and how they create drama to capture viewers.
There's still a solid place for the kind of things Mark and Jack like to do. That place just doesn't have a spotlight on it like it used to. I have a bit of sympathy whenever I watch a newer vid and they have a sad moment about how internet entertainment culture has changed and moved past them. You can pry stuff like KC, the mog wars, and Elijah Schaeffer liminal space edits from my cold, dead hands, but yes, I do feel sympathy for Mark and Jack and still want them around.
And for the love of God, I pray that neither of them get desperate enough to switch to a political grift. Please God, no.
...Huh.
So he's not over it, he just has Steel Wool fatigue, which is becoming the more common sentiment people are having over time.
I know he hates react-tent, but he should watch some of the FNaF analog horror series, like Battington's FNaF VHS and Urban Finds at Freddy's, even if it's on his off time. They capture the evergreen, core elements of FNaF that resonate with people the most, and make you forget that the current official run is mid.
Also, between him and JackSepticEye, they've both gotten hit with a nostalgia soft-spot for some reason. I didn't think they'd ever feel that way. Jack already said he was doing this, but any time they want to upload playthroughs like they used to, they can just...do that. The types of indie games that they used to do series on are still being made. They never went away.

Chat, is JackSepticEye's coffee supposed to be on physical store shelves? I caught it out in the wild. (Place called World Market that sells random snacks and drinks from around the world.)
Friendly jumpscare while I was out and about.

The Casino doesn't have merch of any kind, so naturally, I improvised.
Birthday party music if you're a friend of the show, the Sonic drowning music if you're an enemy of it.

I've been going out more often, so I finally invested in graphic shirts again, so I can have something fun that doesn't feel like I'm wearing my work clothes everywhere. Then I realized a slight problem.
>womanchild-ass print
>live laugh love-ass print
Which way, Western woman?
The third option is to hope a design conscious Internet presence you like:
1. Releases merch
2. Shirts are among that merch
3. Women's cuts are among those shirts
4. The shirt isn't a godforsaken roundneck that's clenched around your neck like a fist.
It's been a while since we've had a bad Troy Baker take. Now he's defending live service games, and once again says that AAA publishers aren't rich and greedy.
Are you understanding why I hate him now? He legitimately simply hates players. Throughout the years, whenever player consensus solidifies on something they dislike about the industry, he specifically goes out of his way to defend it. He's defended rising game prices in the 2010's, AI voice acting in the earlier 2020's (and had to be told MULTIPLE times that it would replace him to get him to change his mind, because it was players telling him, so he immediately smug-posted at them and dismissed them the first few times), and now live services. His defense of rich publishers and claiming they aren't rich isn't new.
