One of the arguments being made is that the "spot the difference" puzzle was made out of 3D assets that someone got paid to model, but my counterpoint is that they're all extremely basic 3D models that require little to no manipulation of basic shapes in a 3D modeling program. Some basic rectangles, rings, and cylinders, with very basic textures. Modeling that scene would take very little time and effort. Also, nobody makes this argument for any of the hand drawn art they regularly post, which also takes effort to make. By this logic, the next game has a cutout of Glamrock Freddy grilling pizza.

I'm stunned that Chica's Party World was written by a person and not AI. The author was apparently uncredited, but they did track her down, somehow. Even with that, and the fan-staff holding a stream saying that everyone should definitely pay attention to Chica's Party World, nothing ever came of it, and it's too incomprehensible to interpret. A ton of cancelled projects have been unearthed, there's the terminal cope about that racing game (which is definitely cancelled, even if they want to keep pretending it's unclear or still in development), the famous incident of the AI fangame promoted by an official staff member as if it was real, and constant petty lies about various things that they could have just stayed quiet about. My trust is so low that no, I will not play along with cheeky teasers and weasel words. I'm only respecting direct statements from this point forward.

I was a bit puzzled at the fanbase tearing their hair out over one year of silence, because I've sat through 5 and even 10+ year silences on various series. Multi-year gaps is the norm, not the exception. One year without a work is not a cause for concern. "Oh, something HAS to be coming, because it's been a whole year without a new game or book!" Become a fan of another series, be it a show, game, movie series, band, or anything else. One year will feel like nothing. It gets worse if you're a fan of something that isn't popular. You'll be constantly clinging to signs that the thing isn't cancelled, let alone getting another entry. There's even the cursed situation of hoping that something planned DOES get cancelled, because what's in the works is actively worse than getting nothing at all. I just got out of that situation, myself.
