(Because I'm not really into it, personally. I mean, don't get me wrong, I don't mind hearing people's headcannons, and when they talk about his relationship preferences/sexuality. I just think of him as a baby boy or a being with a childlike mentality [until he gains knowledge, I know. Please, just hear me out], so I don't usually delve into topics such as his sexuality or sexual preferences. I hope I made that clear enough. Carry on being you, fandom🖤)

However, with that being said, do you think the Creature could be pan, bisexual or even non-binary? I mean, in the novel, he is a construction of human AND animal parts. Whether by the distrust or humans or the knowledge of his birth, he never calls himself a man, so to speak. He does wish for a bride, yes, but he might do that after seeing Felix and Safie take each other as future wife and husband. I also saw someone say it could also mean something he feels he is just "supposed" to do in terms of existing??

For GDT, the 2025 adaptation, he is made from different men (soldiers, prisoners, regular men), so I can see how that defeats my point. However, he never feels like he has a certain identity, and he's he's constantly being plagued by the memories of multiple men (great trope, in my opinion. The idea that he carries so many people with him and experiences the memories of who they once were is an amazing detail)

In the 2025 adaptation, he asks for a companion (because The Old Blind Man said: I'd be greatly helped by your COMPANIONSHIP- stupid Victor😠😞) He asks for A companion, he doesn't care what gender, he just wants ONE like HIM. A friend. Someone, even/likely platonically, to spend the rest of eternity with.

He has long hair (love, btw)(and I only bring that up as a way to say that in that time period, long hair for men wasn't as ordinary. At least not as long as Adam wishes to keep it🖤)

In the 2025 adaptation (and I'm sure novel), he drapes himself in blouses and whatever pants he can find and calls the people of the house and those he sees around him as beautiful. He seems very baby girl coded and has the eyes of an innocent deer.

Even so, I feel he, in modern adaptations possibly, could at least be gender fluid ?? I feel he would just wear what he wants when he wants and would find every little thing about himself and his personality as beautiful, not caring if it's reserved for men or women. He would just simply exists and I think, no matter what, that's the most beautiful thing💕

I can’t sleep because tomorrow, the kart in the second place grid slot on the start finish line will be yours, and when I see that godforsaken yellow we share on our helmets I always overshoot the apex, losing the position to you. You hit this weak spot in me that doesn’t stop aching even when the helmet goes on, even when the engine drowns out every other sound and the speed strips away any other thoughts. It wrecks me in the dead of night because I don’t know if I should hate you or myself for it. Because I can’t bring myself to hate you for it, not when you smile like that holding the golden trophy that matches your hair so perfectly it’s almost like you were made for the top step. The hunger in me, the thirst for glory gnaws at my bones, and I simply can’t sleep when the trophy’s in your display case instead of mine, tossing and turning as I drown in silver all because you hold onto one little string so close to my heart.

You smile, looking up at the stars. I smile, looking down at you. Tomorrow you’ll smile looking straight at your mother. Tomorrow I’ll smile looking up at you. You’ll go back home holding the gold for the entire trip, keeping that smile till the second you fall asleep. I’ll go back home and stare at my shelves of second place trophies, sick of that shade of silver.

I don’t tell you how my heart is torn to shreds like a gruelling battlefield in a war where nobody wins.

You don’t tell me you would’ve slammed your kart into the tyres in a heartbeat if it meant I could hug you sincerely for the first time in a while.

I feel like Remus has had a compitcated relationship with the darksides(Janus and and Virgil) because i do feel like there were times when the three were younger where they all got along, but also we know Virgil was scared of him. i think what likely happened was although they were all close when they were younger Remus did or said SOMETHING that scared Virgil to the point of not being able to trust him. and Janus likely stuck with Virgil for a while. leaving Remus alone.

this makes sense to me because Remus has said stuff that makes me feel like he was alone for a good while.

as for when Virge left; I think Virgil didn't leave Janus until around accepting anxiety. I think after the series started Janus was curious/Jealous about the other sides working so closely to thomas (if you have the patreon you have probably seen some posts where Janus is Jealous/bitter about something, like him not yet having a live stream to himself) so he sent Virge out. this makes sense since we can tell in the video Vi was introduced that Thomas already knew him, and Thomas also wasn't ready to confront his Deceitful side. I think Vi was a bit of a spy at first, but when he started to like and care about the others he felt guilty which is why he was so anxious before accepting anxiety. and likely part of why he felt the need to duck out. from guilt.

and now Janus and Remus becoming friends again. i don't think this happened until after Selflessness VS Selfishness, after he lost he found Remus. to show them the hard "truth". this is mainly put together through Remus's forbidden fruits song. Janus likely started off hanging with him to build trust so he could use Remus for whatever his plan is, as well as make himself look better by compairison. though i do like to think over time he has genuinely started to enjoy being around Remus. but he likely wouldn't admit that lol
