I have fond memories of growing up when my mother would get the Skub out every Sunday morning, a special treat just for us kids before we went off to Sunday school.  It came in glass jars back in those days, not like the cheap little plastic ones that break so easily that they have now.  I’d collect the jars and store coins in them, and I still have a few in my attic.  Skub has played such a prime and sentimental part in my life that whenever some damn, dirty, wrong-headed anti-Skubber tries to tell me how guilty I should feel I cry a little inside before flying into a rage.
