What’s LLI? (Saw it on a PB post)
Hey! LLI stands for Low Latent Inhibition; the psychological condition that Michael has in Prison Break. In LLI an individual sees the world as pieces, rather than mere objects. Simply it is a condition in which the individuals brain is more open to incoming stimuli in the surrounding environment. As a result of this condition, he is unable to block out periphery information and instead processes every aspect and detail of any given stimulus. This, combined with a high IQ theoretically makes a creative genius. While combined with a low IQ results in a mental illness. The psychiatrist explains it to Sarah in episode 9 of Season 1. It's explained really well so i never really needed to consult an external source. I was searching some effects of LLI and a site said that people suffering from LLI have trouble sleeping because they have so many ideas in their mind, their mind keeps thinking jumping from one thing to another which is why it's also difficult for them to keep track of their chain of thoughts. And I think it would actually be a cool idea for a fan fiction though.Anyways I hope you understood. If not then feel free to ask agin! ☺️
