here he is!! 

Prismstar was the last leader who had the now revelstar as his deputy.

he was blind and named after his eyes. his warrior name was Prismshine

he was smart and seemed to always know what to do. he was selfless and always put his clan first. avoiding fights with other clans as much as he could. 

He lost his final life deep in the marsh lands where cats no longer went as it became to deep and trapped cats in. 

when an apprentice went too far on their warrior assessment and got caught in the mud Prismstar  went after them, freeing them from the mud was unable to get himself free. Prismstar at the time had been an old cat of 15 years old and exhausted himself. no one realized how tired their leader had become, having never let it show until he collapses.
