i thought i would share the apps/places i keep track of my system and parts and the information i keep track of.
the apps i use:
prism and pluralspace are both system specific apps that i really like and find the most helpful for me. (this is not a review on them but maybe I'll make a post later about it)
i use a private discord server and the server i have with my partner for logging information, using pluralkit and just being able to present as ourselves easier.
notion is less used currently but we have a system dashboard with various things on it for us.

Prism
since prism is an offline app i use it for the more sensitive information about my parts and system. i also like using its sleep/habit tracker and system chatting function
roughly how our chats are set up, the dms section is also nice to just tell a specific part things.
the custom fields have expanded a ton since i started using this app so i may end up making a separate post about them in depth but here's the basic set up:
- body (instead of an appearance field we track how each part feels in the body)
- personality
- purpose (what is part here to do etc)
- view on gender & sexuality
- relationships within the system and with our partner
- front tells
- front habits
- preferences (while we share most likes/dislikes theres a few notable differences)
- opinions on (an alters opinion on whatever)
- medical
- emotional
- triggers
- history
- connections (within our system who alters work well with or dont, can front with or cannot etc)
the groups for prism are also quite plain as most of our information is in Fields now
- activity
- profile completion
- split from
- introjection group
- subsystems
- silly groups
Pluralspace
pluralspace is an online webapp (with apps for ios and Android in progress) i use this mainly to share who's fronting with friends and my partner. i also utilize the relationship map and custom fields have the less sensitive info (ps does have privacy buckets but some info is only for me so i dont see a need to put it on here)
pluralspace allows you to track where an alter is in front which is useful for me because normally i have four alters around at once. (sometimes more)

im not comfortable sharing how our relationship map looks but i can share the relationship types we have and how it looks on a profile
i think it's all pretty self explanatory but I'll explain a few things that might not be
blurry log: when i am blurry i try to note down things about myself. like do i feel feminine/masculine, what do i currently like/dislike. doesn't usually help unblur myself but its like a ritual i guess (when i remember it lol)
singletsona: a list of information that is what we are like as a collective. makes it easier to mask and for contradictory things to happen around people unaware of my DID
Notion
i dont have any pictures for section since im not at my computer currently so I'll just describe it a bit. its also not being used currently so i dont have as much info to share.
the dashboard has a few drop down menus with things like: guidelines, do not interact with (harmful people we've had in our past), subsystems, system resources. and then the bottom is our members, its made using a database which is pretty cool and i believe was frankenstiened from a few system notion templates on tumblr!

Hey, we're Skylar System, the developer of Prism. We want to answer this personally since it's such a divisive topic. We have DID. We started building Prism for ourselves, and eventually realized it's a tool that can help others.
We did not know much about plurality prior to discovering this about ourselves, and to this day have not meaningfully engaged in plural communities online.
Even within clinical diagnoses there's an enormous variation of how plurality presents in your life, the brain's ability to be multiple is something we do not know nearly enough about as a society. I think it is not a productive use of time to attempt to ascertain whether someone else's lived experiences are true or not.
If Prism helps you, brings you joy, or makes your life better or simpler in any way, that's awesome. Use it.
Prism 0.6.0 is out for private beta testers — the "Big System" update. It's the cleanup pass plus a few new touches.
Highlights:
Chat spoilers. Write ||spoiler text|| in any message and it'll render as a tappable pill. Redaction follows the message everywhere — conversation list previews, reply quotes, search snippets, screen-reader labels. No surprise leaks.
Stricter direct messages. Non-participants don't see DMs in conversation lists or via direct ID lookup. Admin members can still inspect when they need to, but can't participate.
One shared member search across the whole app. Adding members to conversations, picking fronters, wake-up flows, onboarding, speaking-as picker — all the same search sheet now, with None / Unknown rows where they make sense. Big-system users will feel this hardest.
Faster first sync. New devices now bootstrap from a full snapshot instead of replaying individual changes, so the second/third device comes online noticeably faster.
Sync recovery. Sync key auto-recovery for when local state drifts from the group state, plus pairing/registration hardening and respect for custom relay URLs during onboarding.
Native avatar cropping. Crop in-app instead of pre-cropping before importing.
Voice-note pitch preservation at 1.5× / 2× playback.
Accessibility audit pass. Chart screen-reader summaries, clearer Semantics on onboarding and note flows, popup/sheet polish.
PluralKit group sync identity rewrite. Stable PK UUIDs anchor everything now (was positional matching, which caused cross-device duplicate groups). There's a repair flow in PluralKit settings if you ran into duplicates — it walks through the cleanup.

Prism is still in private beta — 0.6.0 is live for testers on TestFlight (iOS) and Google Play (Android). We'll widen access as the beta stabilizes.
thinking about making some posts about the various system tracking apps i use.. my partner loves finding new ones and i usually end up trying them out with them lol
