Oh god, people. It always sucked having to talk to people regardless if he knew them or not. But it appeared he had no choice. It wasn’t like he had the money to buy a new pair of earbuds. ...Well, he could just ask his boyfriend and he’d probably buy him some in a heartbeat, without even making a dent in his wallet. But he felt bad having to do that. Plus, he wasn’t too fond of becoming a sugar baby anytime soon. Or, more of one, from what Lucio had already insisted on spoiling him with. Still made him uncomfortable though.

Curt and biting in tone as always, the towering diamond was in a particularly sour mood as she observed the small gem from her throne. She’d spent quite some time sorting through a vast collection of planets, but finally she had brought the number down to four planets. It was these planets she brought out in a hologram for the sapphire to see, each with variant colors and conditions to them.

❇ - Stargazing with them

Rose was on her back in a clearing, looking at the night sky.

“I’ve always loved the stars. Some constellations are easier to find than others. But my favorite is Orion.” Pointing at the stars, she continued: “There’s the belt, then up there is the head, down there are the legs. Do you two see it?”

Oh my god…was that a truffle?

And they were just giving it away??

Rose had a brown wicker basket in her hands as she walked toward where she had first met Carson. She had some frozen grapes, water, and other snacks that she would enjoy as well as some sandwich meats for Carson.

That was probably the first time she had ever bought that stuff. She made sure to buy the more expensive stuff, and hoped Carson would enjoy it. She also brought a notebook and pen, to write down answers to some questions she had for her new friend.

The sun was at its height, two days after she had first met the other. She hoped he wouldn’t forget...
