Listen this is not a plug for my business, it's a plea from my hear, just over a year ago, I was blessed by some friends to visit my Dad in Chicago right after he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. It was very emotional. My FIRST thought guys, was to bring my camera, to capture every aspect of him. Every smile, every happy moment, the gleam in his eyes watching and being reunited with his grandchildren. We didn't know how long he would make it. I didn't know if I would be able to visit him again. I took this image and it's my favorite. I'm sharing because I want to express the importance of getting family portraits EVERY year. It is so easy to fall into the business and routine of our days, weeks, and months. We expect tomorrow will be the same.
