I did in fact enjoy all the green hill/loop de loop reveals in the various shatterspaces but the No Place one hits a little different. It's not terraformed and hidden under metal infrastructure or overrun by a dense forest that obscures it from view. It's perfectly fucking intact under there. it's just encapsulated in the one thing sonic can never cope with. waterrrr....

decided to rewatch sonic prime becauseeeee I never actually finished it the first time HAHA and 1. The number of times sonic faceplants in the first episode alone is astronomical. it's really good. 2. the fact that the first eggman variant to be encountered was BABBLE is so fucking funny. put yourself in sonic's shoes. everything is fucked up and finally you find what you think is eggman. so you're fighting . He's got a new robot and it's giggling and cooing the whole fucking time instead of calling you a rodent. comes complete with a baby rattle. okay super weird. but whatever. and then you defeat and and there really is jjust a fucking baby in there. crazy as shit.
