Say hello to Zero, the Angel of Destruction: a glowing weapon that leaves trails of blue warpfire with every step and is probably capable of causing even more damage than Horus ever was.
That's two angelic sons, let's compare the differences.
Sanguinius You poor dork— now The Other One,
The Angel of Destruction, also known as Zero and the Sleeper, appears in Inquisitor: Death of an Angel (2003), a little cult narrative released to accompany the game. SO HE IS VERY MUCH CANON
Where the heck is he? Is he alive? Is he still sleeping? WE DON'T KNOW. I swear, every month I discover another son-like being that the Emperor created and then apparently ignored once their "purpose" was fulfilled.
We have the Primarchs, we have Leetu, we have the Sensei (YEAH, HE COUNTS, FIGHT ME), the Angel, and a bunch of forgotten perpetual children. That's probably close to 30 sons of the Emperor just wandering around, doing who knows what, and GW ignores 90% of them.
I BET HE EVEN USED SOMETHING FROM THE ANGEL TO MAKE SANGUINIUS, but I can't prove It, YET.
Now back to drawing Terminators.
