Aside from the fact that this cover isn't aesthetically pleasing, I always found it super insulting and purposely manipulative to have Stephanie there cheering them on. I know this is about him "coming out", but it also comes across very much so that Stephanie is there to go "see?? Look how happy she is for them!" I really can't stand this trope and it's so damn transparent what they are doing. I legit don't know why all four people on Twitter celebrated this.
I really hope we can eventually move past the "I'm so happy for my ex who dogged me out, I hope I can be their bestie" trope one day.
