I could say so so so much about how not reading WIPs as they're actively being posted, supporting the author during them so they feel motivated to keep giving you free content, and basically telling an author their hard work isn't worth shit until it's all nice and finished and wrapped in a pretty bow is an extreme form of entitlement by readers but it's 11 pm, so I'll just say, again and again, and yes once more, that there are zero excuses in the world not to read WIPs because if you can devour them when they're finished, you can devour them chapter by chapter as they're posted the end send tweet
