i think he does too. heâs known them reallyyyyy long, from before they âbecame hallyu kingsâ so he watched all of that happen, so itâs obvious he has an idea of how famous they are internationally as well, but he also knows he can use them, like you said, for comedy, esp in korea where he knows their image isnât as high as it once was, and itâs like heâs doing it for ratings which is beyond sad. i think rs has had other idols on it talk about how theyâre stunned when they see things like sj spending 50+ weeks #1 on kkbox and other charts, and kyu brags about it on rs (lol) when they mention that stuff to him, so even if he had no idea then, gura def knows now. but itâs still frustrating to see, and itâs like his current go-to joke because other mcs do it too (like half of mamacita promotions were people talking to sj about exo and i was glad that one time kyu snapped on abnormal summit and was like, âdid you fail at getting exo to come to your program or whatâ bc seriously, wtf) so he knows other people will find it funny, but itâs just so so stupid. and now itâs at the point where what heâs talking about isnât even factual, like sj has never been famously called âthe lipsync group,â they actually do sing live most of the time and i bet he knows that.
