I am leaving the United States for the first time (legitimately. When you grow up 17 miles from the Mexican border, going to T.J. doesn't count) in one week & I AM FREAKING OUT A BIT. Just internally. Â Externally, I'm as cool as a cucumber. But I am just ready to leave so I can be rid of these nerves, as I anticipate everything working out just peachy-keen. So ya, Ireland. I'm going home in 3 days & I'm very, very, very excited about it. But I can't find my Bible anywhere & I know it made it to Colorado with me. I hope I find it before leaving...my heart hurts & I need Him.

I'm thinking of renaming 'Present Sighs' because they're not always sighs! Any ideas?
Anyway, I'll be spending the next several weeks cooking random food/meals in preparation of my first upcoming adventure. Wanna get a lot of the food out of my house (in particular my fridge & freezer) before I'm gone for a while (not to mention, I swear my fridge is going to give out any time...) Looking forward to what I can make-up & hoping my creativity will spring some good ideas for coming business ventures rather than detour such. I'll post pics of the randomness that's going to ensue!
