Travis-ci와 WPF에 관하여

Travis-ci는 저번에 블로그에서 한번 언급한 적이 있다.

필자는 기존에 진행중이던 WPF 프로젝트를 travis-ci를 통해 build status를 Github와 연동하고 싶었으며, 실제로 행동에 옮겼었다.

하지만 결과는 `Controls' does not exist in the namespace `System.Windows' 와 같은 에러로그로 뒤덮였다.

C# WPF의 System.Windows.Controls는 PresentationFramework의 일부분이며 mono의 xbuild는 C#에 대한 빌드를 지원하지만, WPF에 대한 지원을 하지 않는다.

At this point, no group in the Mono project has plans to implement Windows Presentation Foundation APIs as part of the project.

We do not have any plans because the project is too large and there has not been any serious interest from the community to make this effort move forward.

지금으로서는 Windows Presentation Foundation API를 mono 프로젝트의 일환으로 적용할 계획이 없습니다.

이 프로젝트는 큰 규모를 가지고있고, 큰 관심을 가지고 있는 커뮤니티가 없기 때문에 해당 프로젝트에 대한 진행계획이 없습니다.
