Great coaching win 💪🏽 Success story 🥳 A client of mine started the program 5 months ago and it was really tough for her to see /apply all the changes that had to be made due to so many factors happening at once. We met regularly and then spaced out our meetings. Yesterday in our 1st session of 2022, (1 out of 2 left) she gave me a an amazing feedback preceded by all her awareness of 2021 : 🤓 “We forget that the journey is more important than the end goal” 🤓 Choose where your energy is really needed and be “selfish” when needed so you put your own oxygen mask 1st before helping others 🤓 It’s okay not to know or control everything and let go 🤓 Do more efforts to be an active listener helped her get better relationships and build respect with her team There were so much more. When we met she wasn’t sure if she could even start the program and she pulled through as she saw the benefits ans trusted the process.
