Hello wizard activists! As you might know already, our Accio Books event will be on the 27th of April in Utrecht! (https://www.facebook.com/events/1401643856779678/) Now we can finally announce the cause for the books you’ll be donating!

The first one is Via Veneto, a Belgian organisation, that supports young people in financially difficult situations. These young adults can be undocumented or without families, runaways due to forced marriages, sexuality or loneliness. The people at Via Veneto try to give them a chance to integrate in our society, by giving them a place to sleep and give them support and rest. They also organise activities and help talking to schools, teachers and parents. Via Veneto is really interested in our donation, so let’s all donate as many books as we can (both English and Dutch) for people from 15-30 years old. Let’s give these young adults the opportunity to get lost in our favorite books. http://www.viaveneto.be/

The second cause is Moeders voor Moeders (Mothers for Mothers), a Belgian organisation that provides food, clothes and toys to families with young children that suffer from financial difficulties. For them we would like to donate as many children’s books in Dutch as we can. http://www.moedersvoormoeders.be/

I put a lot of time and care and thought into finding the right gifts for the people I care about)5) I am a beast at making origami cranes
