Exam anxiety
Well its natural but atleast am feeling a bit better seeing that am not the only one who gets anxiety and leaves few things until last minute.
Few things that i do while studying a night before are:
Have short summaries of all the important topics ready, because its better to know something little about all the topics than knowing everything only about one topic.
Have a rock music playlist, motivating songs such as from the movie legally blonde!
Start with small chunks like very shorts notes and complete them, that way you will feel a bit accomplished.
Finish with very very important and more scoring topics such as essays, this will add on to your little accomplishments!
Later fill in all the things you left and have multiple reviews.
Eat well, enjoy short breaks and sleep well. This is most vital step that should be maintained during exam week.
Keep up your confidence level and give your best effort, dont stress out because life is more than just academic exams.
