President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of France Emmanuel Macron have signed a declaration of intent on cooperation in defence procurement, opening the way for Ukraine to acquire advanced military equipment from Franceโs defense industry and technological base.
โ๏ธ This includes 100 Rafale F4 fighter jets by 2035, SAMP-T air defence systems, radar systems, air-to-air missiles, and precision-guided bombs.
Joint projects between our defence industries are also set to begin this year, including the co-production of interceptor drones and the development of critical technologies and components for integration into Ukrainian drones.
