He’d never once considered that Castiel would ever be scared about his position in their relationship. Does he not know how much he means to him? How he wouldn’t even be able to breathe if he didn’t have his Cassy with him? He reaches out to gently take the angels hands, eyes searching his. “Cas... I don’t need Heaven when I have you. I don’t care about him that way, and if he ever told me he had a way that was guaranteed to get me back into Heaven as long as I was with him... I would never leave you for that.”

Lucifer presses his lips together, glancing at his… well, they’re kinda friends now, right? “I… don’t know what you’re talking about.” Besides not telling you my real name, or who I actually am…. “A-and, I mean, it’s not like I know any of your secrets, even if I do have one!”

Lucifer glances up at his brother with the tiniest smile, rolling his eyes. “I’m not actually dying - though it sure as fuck feels like it,” he says, clutching his stomach. “Seriously - it’s like someone’s stabbing me repeatedly. I think. I mean I haven’t been stabbed in a while, and I never really felt it… but I’m proooobably fine.”

Lucifer has been wanting to do this for a long time now. It took all of his courage to even walk up to her, and after a second of hesitation, he leans in and gives her a very gentle kiss. When he pulls back, his cheeks are bright pink and he looks both sheepish and pleased at the same time. “I-I, uh… was that any good?” he asks nervously - it was his very first kiss, after all.

“Babylon, it almost sounds like you’re proposing,” Lucifer replies, rolling his eyes but smiling slightly all the same. “L-look, you may want me now, but… I’m only gonna be a burden, in the end.”

The blob demonstrated by putting one of his bloblets in the machine. What came out was two blobs, exact same size and goopy texture.. I asked him if there were any cameras or detonations. He said no. Was this real? Did they finally give me a way? No! It has to be a trap. Those humans are after me all the time! But it seemed too good to pass off. I commanded him to take the machine to my lair, and begin testing it tomorrow. Whatever it was, it was on Twitch’s turf. It’s mine.
