Dinner this week: cassoulet, penne with chicken and vodka sauce, minestrone, baked cheese tortellini with leftover vodka sauce & mozzarella, and for tonight: shrimp and asparagus Thai green curry (or stir fry, haven't decided which way I'm going yet, but I have pantry items for both). I really like making dinners ahead of time, it saves so much time & money!
