Responses are due November 27th by midnight EST. Any person who has not filled out a form will be considered a drop out and we’ll begin to look for your replacement.

Hi guys! We would like to reinforce the principle of being overall nice to your team mates. Most of us have had not so good experiences with people commenting on our creations in an aggressive or dismissive way and we would like for that to be avoided in the future.

What we are refering to in this case is feedback: If the author or artist asks for your opinion please try to be nice with what you say, word things carefully and don’t be passive agressive. If you are in the receiving end of the feedback, please try not to get defensive, especially if you are the author because in your case feedback is required.

We would like to make this a statement to everyone in the event but especially to betas because giving a drafted fic to a beta puts authors in a very vulnerable position and when the beta becomes passive aggresive or tries to imply that you are stupid, it’s very heartbreaking.

So tl,dr: be nice and supportive to your team.

Thank you so much to everyone who has joined us once again to create some amazing art pieces and fics! We that everyone has a great time. Now to the official stuff:

Teams will be posted on Monday, make sure you received the email! That means you have been added to your team mailing list, if you aren't you will miss out on important announcements!

Remember to contact your team asap. Due to people saying they had never been in contact with their team about 2 months after they were announced, you will need to be in contact with the entire team before the first check in! (Nov 20th!).

Also due to previous experiences ghosting is absolutely against the rules. If you can't talk, you are behind schedule, you need an extension or you need to drop out tell your team and the admins so we can find a pinch back up! If you ghost your team, you will be banned from joining again.

For those of you who have signed up but haven't claimed a prompt yet, you can do so at any point until tomorrow 3pm est.

After that point you will still be able to do so but wave 2 of claiming begins and we will open claiming to people who haven't signed up. This means you might miss out on the chance to claim the prompt you would have wanted.

A claiming reminder will be send out tomorrow.
