I'm blessed to have witnessed the hands of God in a mighty way. It was a Wednesday night on September 20, 2017 when I went to bible study at my church The Temple of Restoration @ttorny at our headquarter church located in Brooklyn, New York. I saw one of my pastors and the pastor who would have ministered at the bible study that night - dead. I saw Pastor James dead at the foot of the altar. Everyone was around him, praying. We were in shock. The EMT came and did their best to revive the pastor but nothing. As the pastor was taken to the hospital, the rest of us stayed in the church interceding and cried out to God in prayer for our pastor. I had never prayed so much in my life. It was hard to sleep. It made no sense to me what happened but I knew that God would work a miracle. During this time, we didn't know that he was dead. We just knew that he wasn't conscious. We refused to accept anything but a miracle. We knew God would show up. Prayers went up from all over. Prayers from in and outside of the country. While in the hospital, Pastor James witnessed the spiritual realm and he testifies of a powerful experience! He was dead for 90 minutes! All organs had shut down. He had no prior health issue. Doctors call him the modern day Lazarus! God did that! God answered out prayers! Tonight, another Wednesday night, Pastor James returns to bible study. I was blessed just to see and hear him give the word! He has been anxious to share his testimony from the moment he came back to life! Tonight, he told the church how grateful he is to be alive and to have all his organs functioning and to still be able to walk. Doctors said one thing but Jesus said NO! There is nothing impossible for God; as long as you believe and trust him! God's hands are upon you who is reading this. From that night, I have been sharing this experience and even those who once doubted God now believes because of my pastor's testimony. God is intentional. He allowed this to happen to show that he is still the same yesterday, today and forever. The miracle working God.
