I decided to not finish Lazarus.
The problems outweigh how cool Axel is.
Lazarus has racism in it- anti Asian and Black racism- not shocking at this point but disappointing to me.
At least the evil guy is kind of Zionist which is not shocking- since ninety nine percent of them are evil or support evil-sorry I will never support that bigoted ideal sorry if this bothers but you get over it- still messed up that this show had to add this when they didn't need to.
I still like the show but seeing a post that points this stuff out makes me want to finish it so I can form a opinion but I also don't like the racism that will be in this show-no need to anti Black or Anti Asian racism or Islamophobia in shows unless it's to teach a lesson on not being or doing that stuff
This sours the mood- like this one anime I watched which was so cool but a younger girl character kept getting sexualize which ruined it for me- I have only seen ten eps- I might finish it one day just to say I did.
Also Lazarus has some topics that you only see in animes like Black Butler and Ouran host club-if you know what I mean it's also what I mentioned earlier with Samurai Champloo but what happened to one the characters in Lazarus happens to Ciel in Black Butler minus the chopping up body parts thing-I own some of the manga but plan on donating it- Past me wouldn't have much of opinion of this topic which is gross but older me has a opinion and it's not a good one.
