Electra has 100% gotta Prang close to death several times, including when she originally stripped his frame of his original armor so she could start modifying his frame. The emotional & physical stress of it caused his spark to flicker out for a few minutes before she brought it back and stabilized him, a mistake she would not repeat when creating Catalyst ( @seeyouonsaturn s oc).
The other times was during her initial 'stress testing' of his new frame i.e. forced transformations, weight limitations, joint/spine mobility (she broke his spinal strut at least twice before finding the exact amount of weight and force it could handle).
As for bring a bot back from the dead, she has not tried it (yet). She's brought mech back from the brink (like Catalyst) but most of the time those mechs get hooked up to her energon distillery since fresh energon tastes better.
I'm sure if she sat down and planned it out she could figure out a way to recapture a spark and put it back into the frame it originally came from, but first she'd probably need some inspiration since Electra would not come to that idea on her own.
