How can we control the prana? 🔱 Moderation in diet (sattvic diet 🥑🫘), asanas and pranayama, as well as a walk outdoors are the main methods. Pranamaya kosha is a pranic or vital sheath which is composed of prana and has a subtle nature, more subtle than a physical body.
