negative space // the menos forest
Returning from the human world, Ulquiorra immediately reported to Aizen-sama. He informed his lord that there was a hole of sorts connecting the human world to a secluded area of the Menos Forest. He suspected it was a garganta, more specifically a descorrer that has decayed. Someone of espada rank must had ripped open the space between the two areas and the fabric between the two locations had frayed leaving a portal joining the two worlds. This hole to Hueco Mundo had to be sealed and the culprit identified before any shinigami could realize the liability.
Aizen-sama ordered Grimmjow and himself to go to the Menos Forest to locate and stitch closed the descorrer. Another arrancar would be sent to the human world to mend the other side once the portal in the Menos forest was closed.
"Sexta, we should go." he said as he slung a small pack over his shoulder. "The garganta can't be located by pesquisa. We have to look for it directly."
He was not overjoyed with keeping the Sexta's company on this mission, but he would not argue with his lord. Or the knowledge that that particular region of the Menos Forest was often avoided even by the resident hollows. It could easily turn into a dangerous situation. He could only hope this destructive espada wouldn't compromise the mission.
