Everywhere it's portrayed as the manly thing to eat when in all actuality it's nothing more than a sexual dysfunction starter pack. Eating animals is well known to have large amounts of saturated fats which will clog your arteries, decrease blood flow and lead to erectile dysfunction. There is absolutely nothing sexy about that. Eating animals also can feed obesity and other health conditions which also can affect a mans energy and performance levels in all aspects of life. Fruit, vegetables and other plant foods are what we should be eating since they greatly improve blood flow and lead to much more energy and improve overall sexual performance. Fruit is packed with essential vitamins, minerals, water and fiber which will keep your arteries clear, and increase your blood flow which leads to an increase in stamina especially in the bedroom. Don't be fooled. Real men are compassionate and don't need to kill other sentient beings to nourish the body. Vegan men are where it's at ladies if you want a passionate caring man that has lots of stamina in the bedroom. Ladies, you better get a vegan man 😜🙌😉. And for the men who say they eat meat and are still good in bed.... I can guarantee you will only get better and improve your performance as well as be able to sustain it to an older age. I woke up like this. Hopefully, it won't take me more than two hours to get to work because that's all the time I'm giving myself to commute today. Does anyone else suffer from long-commute-drudgery syndrome? Get yourself a slew of good books, positive music, and uplifting audiobooks!
