The Scrap Babies are growing up so fast! Just as fast as my company has grown to be honest! I do love getting my little moments with my girls! Since @optimumwraps got ahold of my truck they have even been more cute! "RED TRUCK!" "DADDY'S TRUCK", "TRUCK RIDE?" Are just some of the things they tell me whenever they see my truck! I truly am working hard for my little girls so we can have our truck rides and mini-trips. That said the past week my truck upgrades have arrived. I also said I would start reviewing new products. This is my second build on a newer truck that isn't carburated. However, with this build I am trying out a few different companies. @afepower @injentechnology @spyderauto @poweraid I have used the #poweraid throttle body spacer in my previous 08 silversdo as well as this one. I give it a 5 out of 5 in my books. Its a 5 minute install and comes with everything needed like gaskets and bolts. I also have always loved the red finish, it shows that the motor isnt just stock! I teamed it up with a stage-two #aFepower cold air intake system. This time I stayed away from @knfilters for this build as aFe kit showed a little more bolt on results. This build is about power more than looks this time. The install took about 30 minutes. I went with an aluminum tubing on this instead of the black polyurethane pipe. The power has significantly been increased and you can hear that cold air getting directly to the motor! They also offered a pre filter I opted for and am thrilled with it! 5 out of 5 for this one also. With a new truck there are no carbs its all run by computers. This is where my #injentechnology #pedalpro came in amazing! I have to give it a 4.5 out of 5 only for the website not being as clear on a splitter option for the opd port....Which will be an additional cost and shipping but I need it for my @diablosports #tunner. It said 5 minutes install it took about 15 if you actually hide the wires. Other than that once again INSTANT results! It has really made a difference in towing. Tow mirrors are on also! I love builds and truck parts!
