LUST MANIPULATION : a sense of desire and manipulate of sexual impulse

     josephine everhart && her powers —

use of magic: this one, like most of her siblings, is jo’s favorite. it is a bit of a broad umbrella, jo can cast spells from ancient texts, or in some cases, use non-verbal magic. she is much better at casting spells, what she is most often studying. jo also found use in crafting new spells, combining two old ones to begin with, and now working on completely original ones. they take a lot fo trial and error, but she seems proficient at it. nonverbal is tricker, especially with her adhd. she needs intense concentrations, and it often drains her. the use of magic also includes limited abilities in teleportation and invisibility (again, something jospehine has never had much luck with), and levitation (something jospehine uses often).

manipulation of the mist: being a daughter of the goddess of the mist, josephine has a much easier time manipulating it. it comes with very little energy draining if it is a small thing. the bigger she has to warp someone’s perception, or the more people, the more draining it is.

potions: josephine does not have great luck when it comes to potions. they are often blowing up in her face, neville longbottom style, or having the same affects as water... so nothing. on rare occasions, she’s managed to brew some sorta successful ones, but has pretty much given up the thought of ever concocting them.

black magic: black magic is different for every demigod that has it. josephine’s is dormant. it only comes out in moments of intense emotion. for her, black magic almost looks like tar. this has the ability to maim, hurt, and kill, all completely against jo’s morals. this tar like substance seems to control or overwhelm her, often having little control over what it does once it comes out. so far, this has only ever happened once in her life, and she doesn’t even remember it. it is unlikely to appear again.

     caspian quinn && his powers —

superior builders/crafters: casipan does posses this ability, often taking commissions for his work. he specializes in manifesting car parts previously discontinued, but also enjoys the side projects of crafting demigod weapons that are concealed as everyday objects. he does make other machines, spending most of his free time trying to recreate arthur weasley’s car from harry potter, but never having quite the right combination of parts.

pyrokinesis: caspian does not posses this ability, though he is more immune to fires and heat than most other demigods. he cannot summon fire, nor control it, but is not as easily burned or affected by it.

     dominic vale && his powers —

night vision: unlike most children of erebus, dominic cannot see in the dark. his vision is better than most demigods, yes, but he doesn’t get the crystal clear vision like his siblings do. 

shadow traveling: dominic does have the ability to shadow travel, one of the few he possesses. it took him a lot of work, and drains most of his energy, but he can still do it. he does still have weak moments, and often when using it in a panic, he can send himself and whatever else he is traveling with to an opposite location.

echolocation: much like a bat, dominic can use echolocation in the dark. this helps him since he cannot see in the dark. he often uses whistles, long or short, trying to locate how the sounds bounce off to find things ins the dark.
