How come CEOs never have to do what they tell their employees to do?
So my parents are retired. I think they've been retired maybe now 5 years. Maybe a couple years more. Not a decade though I don't believe. Either way, my mom told me that her and my dad are searching for a new health #insurance since my dad's retirement insurance from a job he worked over 30 years was already done. What the fuck? You're telling me his #retirement full coverage health insurance for a job where he risked his life everyday is not going to cover him as long as he worked his job? Not even 1/2!? #ConsumersEnergy can fuck off. All corporations can fuck off. You owe my dad till the day he dies, and my mom, because he risked his life to keep people's electricity on for decades. He went into every kind of storm you could think of. He went to other states to save lives. Did the CEO of Consumers Energy even do that fucking once? Did the board even do that fucking once? You God damn monsters. I hope every rich person chokes on a dollar.
And this again just goes back to my point of how many people don't even live long enough to see their retirement (that they worked their whole lives for), how many people get the retirement stolen from their businesses being greedy or going bankrupt, and how many people do live long enough to get the retirement, but live so long that they burn through their retirement and go broke again? Our entire system is broken and you need to acknowledge that, or your kids are fucked far beyond you could even comprehend. I mean the fact that they've been gutting Social Security illegally my entire life says everything about how my generation is ultra fucked. Futute generations have absolutely no chance at retirement. Why do you they're trying to raise the retirement age? In hopes more people die before they reach it.
