@thesimquarter. Hiya! It's been a long time since The Sims™ 2 was released on DS & GBA, hasn't it? To celebrate this awesome anniversary, I have some gifts for everyone: 2 lots, roughly 4 sets of floors, 5 full sets of walls, plus some bonus standalone walls.
⚠️WARNING: LONG POST AHEAD.
There are lots of pics below, with more included in the downloads folders themselves, so you can see what you've got and delete anything you don't want. (:

First up, Lots! I recreated the default appearance of the house you're given in GBA, which I call the GBA Studio Home, since the premise of the game is that you're acting for Daddy Bigbucks.
Here's my recreation side by side with the original:
Thanks to SuperFlomm for uploading the GBA house sprites!
Here's what it looks like from the outside:
Let's take a little tour! Here's the inside:
In order, we have the entrance, bathroom, bedroom, living area, entrance from another angle, and that weird cement room which I usually use as a kitchen. Let's have a look around the back:
For just §14,299 simoleons in-game, you too can own this home! The wallpapers and floors I made just for this lot are included in the package file, as well as the windows and doors, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you download the build meshes separately before downloading my lot, as I did not make them and you may be missing out on some additions you'd like to have if you just download my lot. Build Meshes I used: • Modular Seasons Country Window by plasticbox • Base Game Walnut Door Centered on Two Tiles by Leesester
Additionally, I recommend @hugelunatic's Driveway Recolor to match the Discrete Concrete used for the sidewalk (seen in my screenshots), since I use it on basically ALL my lots. And, if you want that sick nuclear green toilet recolor, it's in this 70s themed bathroom recolor set by sweetichigodream; it's in the "avocado" recolor folder specifically if you don't want their other 70s colors, but I think they're all pretty neat! Rest of the stuff is already in the game if you have the Ultimate Collection or Legacy Edition! DOWNLOADS:

Next up, I made a starter home version of the Manager's Suite from The Sims™ 2 DS. I even included a little blue Smoogo Minima, as a reference to the broken down car that kicks off the DS game's storyline. It's available for §18,150 simoleons. Exterior view:
Let's go inside!
In order, we have: the entrance, from which you can see where the "stat panel" in the DS version would be. I made it wide enough to fit a 2 tile desk with a tile of space to either side, so your Sims can put that lovely computer Rod Humble brings them there. Then we have the space in front of the bathroom, the kitchen, that little niche in the wall where the license plates go (why not put MadRayne's recreation of the License Plate Collection there?), the living area stage, the bedroom, and the bathroom.

I'm REALLY proud of the bathroom tiles, which I made myself, from the "UltraLux" floor tile texture in the game, just realigned and hue shifted to match the tiles in the DS game, plus a whole SLEW of light and dark recolors if the version I used in the lot doesn't quite tickle your fancy.

FINAL NOTE ON THE LOTS: I followed the steps outlined in this tutorial to clean and extract these lots and checked them for Sim References in SimPE (they have none), however, there is always a risk to downloading Lots, so it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you use Clean Installer to install Lots, and untick any custom content included that you don't want or already have. I would also suggest putting BoilingOil's No Sim Loaded Mod in your Downloads before downloading any lots if you don't have it already, as it prevents the Super Duper Hug Bug from appearing in your game. To my knowledge, I do not have the SDHB, but I want to make it perfectly clear that I have no intentions of purposely trying to bork anyone's game with these lots. If you run into any issues, please let me know!
Okay! Onto the rest of the stuff I made: Walls and Floors!
Here we have my "GBA Edition" recolor of the "Sweet Victoria" wallpaper with medium wood, "Cornflower & Violets" paneling made to match the wall found in the GBA house, UltraLux tile recolors made to match the bathroom in the DS Manager's Suite, the "Sweet Victoria" wallpaper with added white beadboard wainscoting to match the 2nd Floor Lobby wallpaper in the Strangetown Hotel from DS, my "Indigo" recolor of the "Azure Perfection" floor tiles for the GBA house bathroom, which I also made into a full set of matching wall tiles, and a yellowed version of the "Walk the Plank" wood floors to match the "Cornflower & Violets" panel wall, which use these floor textures, just realigned!

While I was working on the GBA Studio Home, I landed on using Sid's Cement for the grey room, but I've always disliked how it only comes in 2×2 scaling by default, so I whipped up 1×1 and 5×5 alternatives in HomeCrafter. Included with these floors is also a concrete version of the grey Art Nouveau tile used in my Manager's Suite Lot. This texture is hidden in the game files; I didn't extract it, miraculously, I had this as a custom floor in my Downloads from the Exchange, but I edited it in HomeCrafter to correct a spelling mistake, recategorized it to "poured," gave it a "cement" type sound, and priced it at §6 simoleons per tile, as it was priced at §1, and I wanted it to be more in line with other similar floors in the game cost-wise. It has no description, because like I said I don't know who originally extracted it, and I'm not sure what the description was intended to be. All credit to the original creators, of course!
