How to make Potato Rosti
Step 1 - Mix parboiled potatoes with spicesMix the parboiled potatoes, green chillies, salt and pepper in a deep bowl and mix well.Step 2 - Saute onions for 2 minutesHeat olive oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.Step 3 - Cook potato rosti for 7 to 10 minutes and serve. Add the potato mixture to the pan, mix well and spread it evenly with help of a back of a spoon. Cover and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn the rosti upside down and cook on another side for about 3 to 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
