As you can tell i love Dinnie Stone videos @pommy.strength I promised an improvement (and something special) and I'd like to think that I delivered. On #potarchbridge, after a couple of drops, I covered the full width of the bridge (17' 1.5") walking with the #dinniestones (188.02 kg/144.47 kg, 414.5 lbs/318.5 lbs). Over the 17' 1.5" - I did let go of the rings a couple of times (not to re-chalk but because of falling/tripping) but I couldn't be happier! My first carry was 10' 1" so a 23" PB. It's a long story but, 'for legal reasons', I can't yet show the full video as other strongmen were in the background.
