Myka had been very quiet these last few days--even after things went back to normal.  She was having more nightmares now than she had ever before, and they had been keeping her up.  More than two weeks had passed since she’d had a good, restful sleep.  The youngest Zeus child jumped when she heard someone. Her heart raced and she hesitantly looked at who had spooked her.  “Hi, sorry...” Myka mumbled.  “What did you say?”

eli had finally gotten out of the police station and left arlo with a wish of good health to his siblings. he had to find hannah. his gut told him that she was at anna’s and safe. god, he hoped he was right. he got out there on a snow mobile, running into tess and cameron. after giving them a good scare with knocking on the window, he managed to load the both of them behind him. he took them to his aunt’s house and sighed in relief to see candles burning in the windows and dogs playing in the yard. 

he was the last one in house in dread that hannah wasn’t in there with them. his heart was pounding the hardest it had all day when he walked through the door. his heart nearly stopped seeing hannah and libby curled up with his aunt and the cats sitting so patiently with them. he also took note of serg laying across hannah. 

he couldn’t help the tears that sprung to his eyes, seeing her safe and sound. he just didn’t have the words for this relief just filling every part of him. “oh thank god,” he said in a shaky voice, but a smile on his face.
