Postback Tracking with F5 Media
How can you set up a Postback pixel or S2S pixel between your tracker & F5 Media? A postback uses a unique click id, that, since the initial user click, passes between all link hops instead of using cookie based tracking. It is important to properly pass this information between the links, for us to be able to pass back conversion/lead information to your tracker via your postback pixel. All of F5's links come with a default of s1 at the end of the link. We are asking you to change s1 to s2 in order to avoid tracking errors and excessive subids. s1 can only handle static variables while s2-s5 can handle dynamic variables. As a unique click ID is obviously a dynamic variable, we are asking you to pass it through s2-s5 instead of s1.
