I'm sorry I don't know where your parcel is, I am sorry it's not tracked... in my defense these guys were responsible for posting it! For all the other small businesses who don't have a penguin operated postal system please don't email them asking where your stuff is... we don't know... it's probably in the bottom of a bag in a royal mail depot in Slough. The postal service is doing it's best but Royal Mail and all the other courier services are overwhelmed and it's not our fault even next day delivery is taking 3 days. We finished our shopping in November! Leave it til the New Year because it's going to come and it won't ruin Christmas if it's late ... it'll be something to look forward to in the next year!
