UPU's Development Cooperation: Arab Region.
Comprehensive capacity-building support, strengthening of South-South and Triangular Cooperation as well as improving disaster preparedness levels are the main building blocks of the new UPU's Regional Development Plan for the Arab Region. Hashim Elhaj, UPU's Coordinator, Arab Region and Disaster Risk Management, sheds light on the UPU's development cooperation priorities in the Arab Region 2022-2025.
UPU's Development Cooperation: Africa.
The digital transformation of African Posts over the new postal cycle will rely on needs-based capacity-building and training, open consultations and dialogue with postal operators as well as technical assistance with a focus on countries in special situations.
